What are the benefits of becoming a member of Forma Gym?
Our memberships include full access to the club and unlimited classes (130/week in Walnut Creek & 85/week in San Jose). You’ll be supported by our team of fitness professionals. We also offer a complimentary session of Pilates Reformer, Personal Training, and a Nutrition Consultation for all members when they join.
What if I move during the agreement?
As long as your move is more than 25 miles away from your home club, you can cancel your membership. We do require proof of move (utility bill with new address and name that matches the agreement will suffice) and a one-time $50 early termination fee.
Is there a cooling off period?
The State of California requires a 5 business day cooling off period. At Forma, we always go above and beyond and offer a 10 business day cooling off period. We know you’re going to love us, but we realize that sometimes things happen and that’s why we built in the extra flexibility.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Of course! All new members can refer a friend through the Forma App for a complimentary trial pass.
