My Story
I have been interested in exercise and stretching since I was younger -- always dancing around the house, practicing martial arts, karate, kung fu, and tai chi. I am also interested in learning how to help heal the body through movement and stretching, which is why I started practicing tai chi and became a pilates instructor.

My Story
I was born and raised in San Jose, CA. Since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for sports. I played competitively my entire life and have personally experienced my share of injuries, aches and pains. After my playing days, I found my life’s other passion, massage therapy. I wanted to give back to those still competing; helping others recover quicker, take better care of their bodies and compete at the highest level.

My Story
As a teenager, I used to get requests from my Dad to massage his shoulders and neck. I later found a great massage school and became certified. I have since learned the importance in emphasizing body awareness and self-/after-care after your massage treatment in order to see results more quickly and have them last longer. I take continuing education courses whenever possible and incorporate new techniques to give my clients the best possible experience.
My Fitness Philosophy
Pay attention to your body’s signals. If something is not right, your body sends signals like pain or discomfort. Taking care of your body with exercise, healthy eating, daily stretching, massage and natural remedies will help you to feel your best. You are never too old to change your habits or start something new.
