Participants engage in a variety of exercises that target specific muscle groups, combining elements of strength training, resistance training, and high-intensity intervals. The workouts typically incorporate a combination of bodyweight exercises, free weights, resistance bands, and other equipment to challenge and sculpt the muscles. Instructor will lead you in a series of exercises that target different areas of the body, such as the arms, legs, glutes, and core. These exercises may include squats, lunges, bicep curls, tricep dips, planks, and abdominal exercises, among others.
