NIA is a dance class that allows everyone to explore their body through dance. Based on Dance Arts, Martial Arts and Healing Arts NIA was created by Debbie and Carlos Rosas with the intention of creating a low impact dance class that allows people to feel and express, to have fun and to find health through dance. Whether you’re looking for a classical dance experience, an energetic fitness routine, or a chance to groove to the latest Hip Hop or Latin tunes – these classes offer a fantastic way to get fit, have fun, stay active, and express yourself through movement.

GROOV3

Groov3 is a high-energy dance fitness class that combines the best elements of dance, cardio, and strength training. It’s designed to make you sweat, groove to the music, and have a blast while getting an effective workout. Groov3 is often described as a “dance party” where participants can let loose, express themselves, and release their inner dancer.

Ballroom

Ballroom dance classes offer a delightful opportunity to explore the elegant and timeless art of partnered dancing. Rooted in tradition and refined movement, ballroom dance encompasses a variety of dance styles, including salsa, the waltz, foxtrot, tango, cha-cha, rumba, and more.
