My experience has been working in a chiropractic setting, and private practice with experience including; Car accident victims, sports injury, stroke victims and mobility after surgery. We are so lucky that we have the ability to make a decision to change, and the opportunity to take action.
My Wellness Philosophy
We must become students for life. We always have the opportunity to learn and grow. I am passionate about God, personal development, and the power of the mind. All have endless possibilities. “Soul-Ution Mind Thinking” is my goal. We must focus on the solution when it comes to the problems we face. I believe we must take personal responsibility for our happiness, health and mindset by looking at our biggest challenges as an opportunity to grow.

My Story
I got into massage therapy because I have a passion for helping people. Since I've always been good with my hands, this line of work felt natural to me. I firmly believe that feeling good physically plays a big role in our overall well being and ability to function optimally. Having struggled with injuries myself, I can empathize with what people may be going through not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. My intention is to provide relief, insight, and assurance in assisting anyone's healing process.

My Story
I started receiving deep tissue massage in 1991 following a car accident and to aid in recovery while training for marathon swims. I left the corporate world to become a full time therapist in 1999 while caring for a terminally ill family member. A month after he passed away I found myself at the 2000 US Olympic Trials for Track and Field with 16 clients. I haven't looked back and have been working with a range of clients since -- athletes at all levels, pre and post surgery clients, and children with cerebral palsy. It brings me great satisfaction to help people with training/event recovery and improving range of motion.
My Wellness Philosophy
Consistency. Focus. Positivity.

My Story
I had some serious acne as a teenager that lingered well into adulthood. I began to see an aesthetician for treatments in my twenties. I was working in tech at the time and having regular treatments and every time I laid down on that bed, I began to wish I had a career helping people transform their skin instead of the career I had. Fast forward nearly 20 years and while sitting in the Jacuzzi here at Forma Gym, my sister Sheryl and I decided to take the plunge and become aestheticians. We immediately chose a school and enrolled! I’ve never looked back. For the past 15 years I’ve practiced aesthetics with several Dermatologists and Plastic Surgery offices. Still members at Forma, Sheryl and I brought skin care to Forma Gym in 2015. Now back at Forma after a couple of years of interruption, I look forward to working with you to achieve your skin care goals.
My Philosophy
I firmly believe that I have the tools and products to help you change your skin. And my goal is to do just that; change your skin. Whether genetics or lifestyle causes you concern about your face, or if you’re just looking to maintain your incredible skin, we can make it happen together with a bit of effort and attention.

My Story
From an early age, I remember dreaming “someday I want to wear a white lab coat and carry a clipboard.” Guess what, I got my wish! Always interested in healing/helping professions, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of roles, from Lamaze Teacher to Medical Assistant, from Health Education to Drama Teacher. Over fifteen years ago, when Janet and I made the decision to become estheticians, I was excited to embark on a new career that would allow me to work with people in a way that really mattered. We have been FORMA members for years and are very happy to return to work here, and to work together again. With more than 30 years’ combined experience in the esthetics, we have individual strengths, and we make a great team!
My Wellness Philosophy
I get a lot of satisfaction working with clients to improve their skin. Some of the most rewarding aspects of my work are educating clients about skincare treatments and products, breaking down the science into user-friendly, common-sense principles and getting creative with customized treatment plans. Every face is different, there’s no “one size fits all” in skincare, and that’s what keeps me loving what I do.
