GlideFit
San Jose Only
Brand-new floating fitness using the GlideFit board! This low-impact, high-intensity workout is a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, and will improve your balance, tone and strengthen your core, all while having so much fun!

Children’s Beginner Classes
Walnut Creek Only
Tadpoles (6 months - 2 years old)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 3:00 – 3:25pm
These classes are interactive lessons full of fun songs and games that focus on getting your child comfortable in and under the water. This is a fun class for children to do together with their legal guardian!
Capacity: 10
Seal Pups (3-5 years old - Level 1)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 3:30 – 3:55pm
These classes are for children who are comfortable and happy in the water, but not yet able to be in the pool without a floatie. In this class the children will learn basic swim, kicking, floating and a variety of safety skills.

Sea Lions (3-5 years old - Level 2)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 4:00 – 4:25pm
These classes are for children who are comfortable and happy in the water, and can be in the water without a floatie. In this class, the children will gain more confidence with swimming, kicking, floating and gain more water safety skills.

Dolphins (6+ years old)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 4:30 – 4:55pm
Dolphins swim classes are for children 6 years and up who are comfortable and happy in the water. In this class, children will gain more confidence with swimming and learn the basics of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.

2019 Class Schedule
Swim classes are divided into 4-week periods as follows:
April 29th – May 24th
May 27th – June 21st (Note: Memorial Day class on Monday 5/27 will be reschedule to Tuesday 5/28)
June 24th – July 19th
July 22nd – August 16th
(Choose between 2 days/week or 3 days/week.)
* Children who are not 100% potty-trained are required to wear a swim diaper under their swimsuit. A parent or legal guardian must to be in the facility at all times.

Private and Duet Swim Lessons
