Mat Pilates

STRONG CORE + BALANCED BODY

First developed in Germany for rehabbing armies, then for dancers in New York, Pilates is known to strengthen the core, balance the body and facilitate deep mind-body connection.

Barre

INSPIRED + ISOMETRIC

A precise and safe low-impact workout inspired by ballet barre. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
