What amenities come with my trial pass?
Full access to all classes, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, weight room, outdoor playground, saltwater pool, and our awesome community.
Is my trial pass valid at both FORMA Gym locations?
The trial membership is active for both Walnut Creek and San Jose Forma locations.
Can I bring a guest with me during my trial period?
Yes, we recommend bringing a workout buddy. Studies show that you’re 10x more likely to stick with a routine if you have an exercise buddy.
Can I give my trial pass to a friend?
No, but if they have a local driver’s license, they can get their own!
I requested a trial pass but haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Am I required to sign up for a membership after I’ve used my trial pass?
Required, no. Encouraged, YES!!!
How long do I have to begin using my trial pass after I’ve downloaded it?
The trial membership must be redeemed within 7 days. Trial memberships are not active until you meet with a Forma Gym Membership Representative.
How much does a trial pass cost?
